Lüderitz is on the brink of a retail revolution as Safland Property Group prepares to break ground on the town's first shopping centre, a 10 500-square-metre project estimated at N$210 million.
After three decades of unwavering dedication to aviation safety, Fire Chief Cornelius Simasiku hanged up his helmet and said farewell stepping into a well-earned retirement after 33 years of service to the Namibia Airports Company.
In an exclusive interview with the Namib Times, Mayor Phillipus Balhao expressed his excitement about the development. “We are pleased with the progress on the long-awaited shopping centre and the new jobs and
services it will bring.” In a telephonic interview with the Namib Times, Mayor Balhao outlined the transformative potential of the project. “The Safland mall is set to be a pivotal moment for our retail landscape. Not only will it diversify shop-
