Your Summer Guide for your home, pets & peace of mind
Waste to Worth: Powering a circular future
Step Into the Spotlight: We’re looking for you
The past few months have brought its share of change, both within our community and beyond it. Through it all, what has kept our work meaningful is the steady spirit of the people who live here, the familiar faces and the small daily exchanges that quietly hold our neighbourhood together. That sense of belonging is what gives this place its character and it is what we work to protect every day.
The Flame Tree season, which has just passed, offered its own quiet tribute to that idea. Those brief flashes of orange hold a particular place in the UAE's annual rhythm, marking a turn in the season with grace and a welcome pause before the warmer months take hold.
As the UAE marks the Year of Family, our focus has remained firmly on the home you have built here. From thoughtful upgrades across the community to the quieter, behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running well, our efforts continue to centre around you. A closer look at these improvements follows in the pages ahead and as your Community Management team, we remain close at hand for anything you may need along the way.
As summer settles in, we hope it brings rest, warmth and time with the people who matter most. Looking after our surroundings is a shared effort and together we can ensure this community continues to feel like a place we are proud to call home.

A fresh new lifestyle destination is on its way to The Villa.
Le Meryeme Mall is currently taking shape, bringing together a lively mix of dining, shopping, wellness, landscaped outdoor spaces and everyday conveniences, all closer to home.
With its Spanish-inspired design, natural light-filled spaces and more than 124,000 square feet to explore, the mall is being shaped as a warm, relaxed spot for quick errands, casual meet-ups, family outings and everyday downtime.

Dubai Holding Community Management is advancing circular economy practices through two sustainability initiatives that convert waste into usable environmental value.
With ReFarm Global Investments, DHCM launched Dubai’s first 'Sea-to-Soil' initiative within community management. Signed by Francis Giani, CEO of DHCM, and Oliver Christof, CEO of ReFarm Global Investments, the MoU supports solutions that transform algae and organic waste into regenerative inputs. Pilot trials in Palm Jumeirah converted 120 kg of algae waste into 31 kg of nutrient rich Re-Soil compost, now used for landscaping and soil enhancement.
In partnership with Hyvgeo, DHCM has also initiated a green waste upcycling pilot, collecting landscape waste monthly and converting it into biochar to improve soil condition and water retention, supporting more efficient irrigation and an estimated water reduction of up to 30%.

In 2025, 14 tonnes of green waste from our managed communities were diverted from landfill through a local circular partnership with Palmade. Landscaping byproducts, primarily date palm leaves, were transformed into biodegradable cutlery, now used across select Jumeirah brands, supporting responsible sourcing and reducing single-use plastics.

Dubai Holding Community Management has been honoured with the Happiness & Engagement Services Award at the Global Continual Improvement Award (GCIA) 2025, presented by the Dubai Quality Group.
The award recognises The Experience Hub, an innovative platform that uses resident insights and AI-powered analytics to help enhance service delivery and community experiences.
This achievement reflects our commitment to listening to our residents, continuously improving our services and creating seamless, responsive experiences across our communities.
We thank our residents for their trust and valuable feedback, which continue to shape and inspire everything we do.

Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) has launched its first dedicated staff welfare and rest area in Jumeirah Village Triangle under Project Raha, named after the Arabic word for comfort and wellbeing.
The facility has been created for frontline teams working across facilities management, housekeeping, landscaping and security, providing a clean and air-conditioned space where they can rest and recharge during their shifts, especially in the summer months.
This initiative reflects DHCM’s ongoing commitment to caring for the people who support the daily upkeep of our communities and ensure they remain safe, clean and well-maintained for all residents.
As the first of its kind, Project Raha also sets the foundation for similar facilities across other communities in the future, further strengthening the overall community experience.
