Spring 2026
Valued Residents,
I would like to take a moment to reflect on what truly defines our communities: a shared sense of resilience, warmth and belonging – qualities that continue to shape our neighbourhoods today.
Dubai’s strength lies not only in its world-class infrastructure, but in the foresight and resilience of its leadership, which ensures stability and continuity, instilling a deep sense of confidence and reassurance for all who call this city home.
In times where stability matters most, the sense of care and continuity within our communities becomes even more important. I would like to reassure you that our teams remain fully on site, ensuring communities continue to operate seamlessly and essential services run as expected, while supporting your needs.
As the UAE marks the Year of Family, we are reminded of the role our communities play in everyday life, the bonds we share, the connections we nurture and the experiences we create together. These are what matter most and we remain committed to supporting and celebrating them every day.
Thank you for your continued trust and for being an integral part of our community. Together, we will continue to create spaces that feel safe, connected and truly like home.
Warm regards,
Francis Giani Chief Executive Officer

No matter the season, our community is always blossoming with improvements. Here’s a roundup of the upgrades and projects that have been taking place around the community, all with you in mind.
Big things are happening at Al Ittihad Park! Construction is moving along steadily, with key phases now underway, bringing us closer to a park that’s more vibrant, fun and welcoming for everyone.
Access routes:
Alternative pathways between Shoreline Apartments and Golden Mile are in place to make getting around easy and safe. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to use these routes while work continues.

What to look forward to

Charging your electric vehicle just got more convenient! Palm Jumeirah residents can now access portable EV charging pods, offering a flexible and hassle-free way to power up.
The service features a Level 2 charger with a built-in battery, brought to your doorstep and collected once charging is complete, ensuring a seamless end-toend experience.
This initiative supports a more sustainable and futureready community, making eco-friendly mobility easier and more accessible than ever.
To book the service, download the PlusX Electric App.

A little extra greenery brings great happiness. A new stretch of plants have been introduced between Shoreline and Palma Residences to enhance the community’s look and feel, adding vibrancy and natural shade to the walkways.
The refreshed surroundings create a more vibrant and welcoming outdoor environment, making everyday walks, jogs and quiet, outdoor moments more enjoyable.
Palm Jumeirah is getting a brighter glow. New energy-efficient lights have been installed in Palma Residences and works are currently underway across the Fronds with further enhancements planned in other areas of the island.
As the upgrades continue, shared spaces will benefit from brighter illumination and more reliable, efficient lighting. We appreciate your patience during these works and hope the renovations make your evenings even more enjoyable.

Every great community starts with voices like yours.
Thank you for helping us celebrate our strengths and uncover new opportunities.

E-scooters are a convenient and eco-friendly way to get around the community and many of us use them every day. But with this convenience comes a huge responsibility.
Recent incidents in residential areas have shown just how dangerous it can be when safety is overlooked. Whether you’re a rider or a resident sharing the footpaths, your and your neighbours' safety matters.
To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, residents are reminded to follow the community guidelines when using e-scooters.
• Do not ride on pedestrian-only walkways
• Do not leave e-scooters blocking entrances or pathways
• Do not allow children to ride unsupervised or outside permitted age rules
