CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Please note online bookings are no longer available.
If you are an NDIS Participant and have a current Service Agreement in place with NADO, you can quickly and easily make your bookings by either emailing or calling: Coordinator - Kurt Tucsok on 0456 990 523 or email ktucsok@nado.org.au NSC Team Leader - Shalvina Siwan on 0499 533 915 or email ssiwan@nado.org.au
Alternatively, bookings can made through Christine at NADO Head Office Reception.
If you are new to NADO, please call 1300 738 229 and state that you would like to join our NSC
Please note: bookings for all activities are essential and will require confirmation from our staff Bookings will close the Friday a week prior to the event and will not be accepted the week of the activity. We are unable to accept people without a confirmed booking. To ensure your bookings are validated please check all of your relevant paperwork is up to date. This includes your NADO Service Agreement, Risk Profile, Medications Form(s) and Management Plans.
Please Note: Staff support costs will be funded from an individual’s NDIS funds (based on staff ratios) Unfortunately, we cannot provide transport to and from the meeting point Please be aware we aim to provide high quality care to all people and their individual needs Limited places are available for 1:1 supports
CANCELLATIONS AND EMERGENCIES
If you need to cancel your booking, please aim to do so at least 7 days before the activity by calling 1300 738 229 or email ktucsok@nado.org.au. Cancellations made with 7 days or more notice will not attract a cancellation fee for your supports. Fees paid for ticketed events may be refunded or credited if we are able to replace your booking
