The NAACP New Jersey State Conference serves as the leading civil rights advocacy organization in the state, representing thousands of members across our branches, youth councils, and college chapters. Our annual convention is our premier gathering, bringing together civil rights leaders, community advocates, faith leaders, elected officials, corporate partners, and grassroots members from across New Jersey. The convention serves as a critical platform for leadership training, policy discussions, economic empowerment initiatives, youth development, and strategic planning to advance equity, justice, and opportunity for all residents of our state.
