BRUSSELSE BIBLIOTHEKEN — REGIONAL REGULATIONS

Art. 1 The following regulations apply in all Dutch-language public libraries in the Brussels Capital Region, henceforth referred to as ‘Brusselse bibliotheken’. A list of these libraries can be found at <http://brusselsebibliotheken.be/adressen>. By using one of the libraries and/or becoming a member, you agree to the regulations below.

1. MEMBERSHIP Art. 2 To use certain library services, you must be a member. Anyone can become a member free of charge. To become a member, come to the library with a valid ID. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to register. Young people between 12 and 16 may come alone, in case they bring a form signed by the parent or guardian. Art. 3 When you become a member in one library of Brusselse bibliotheken, you become a member of all 20 libraries in the network. Art. 4 Upon your registration as a new member, we request personal data. Brusselse bibliotheken attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy.
