Our wine consultant will guide you through this fun and educational tasting experience of five of our award-winning wines alongside different types of locally produced artisan chocolates from Monk’s Chocolate in Grimsby. Join us in The Cocktail Lounge in an amazing room overlooking the ice rink for an elevated cocktail experience. The cocktails will be focused on senses and extravagant presentations created by our Estate Mixologist Alex Archer and his team.
Get in on the cocktail culture with a 45-minute interactive experience hosted by our bartenders. Featuring insider tips on how to create the ultimate whisky cocktail, guests will sharpen their bartending skills while learning the basics of preparing garnishes, simple syrups, shaking and muddling. After you’ve been guided through the step-by-step process of creating your own whisky cocktail, sit back and enjoy your “All Star Creations”.
