This class will explore the art of simple and easy to prepare food. The cuisine, featuring seasonal ingredients, will taste extraordinary! You will cook with your five senses, prepare food from remembered flavors, and be inspired by our recipes rather than be ruled by them.
Zenaido Quintana has traveled extensively throughout South America. He has collected photographs and music that represent the culture and environment of each country. He will present pictures and music from Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela, and Colombia.
