2026 ANNUAL MEETING FORMAT:
Drive-Thru Registration and Voting
Saturday, April 11
7:00 am – 7:00 pm*
We will operate two drive-thru locations simultaneously for your convenience. At both locations, Mid-Carolina employees will help you register and vote from your vehicle. Detach and bring your registration card with you, and simply drive through. We’ll hand you a small member gift, and a $25 bill credit will be automatically applied to your account. It’s that easy.

Official Notice 2026 Annual Meeting
Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Drive-thru registration and voting will take place from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on that day at Beechwood Middle School and Chapin Middle School.
Drive-Thru Registration and Voting will also be available at the MCEC Lexington and Dutch Fork offices on Friday, April 17, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Members are encouraged to attend the Saturday, April 11 event to avoid potential traffic delays.
The Virtual Business Meeting will be livestreamed on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 5:30 pm, and officers will report on cooperative matters for the year 2025.

TRUSTEE ELECTIONS
In accordance with the Bylaws, at this meeting a total of three candidates are to be elected (one from each of the three districts below) to serve the Cooperative from their respective districts for three-year terms. Members choosing to register and vote through this location should arrive via Highway 378. Follow the digital signs to merge into the correct lane and proceed to the drive-thru. Mid-Carolina employees will greet you with a member gift and direct you to register and vote from the convenience and safety of your vehicle. Members will then follow the directions to exit onto Highway 378.
Chapin Middle School 11661 Broad River Road Chapin, SC
Members choosing to register and vote through this location should arrive at Chapin Middle School on Broad River Road and follow the digital signs to enter at the stoplight. Members will keep right and follow the car loop to the front of the school. Mid-Carolina employees will greet you with a member gift and direct you to register and vote from the convenience and safety of your vehicle. Members will then follow the directions to exit.
