Altrincham is a fantastic place to be! It’s vibrant, busy, trendy and has a great social scene. With an affluent local population, it’s the area of choice to live for a lot of Manchester based company directors and owners, who love to stop by our office on their way to or home from work. We provide a full trainee solicitor programme, taking on 4 to 5 trainee solicitors each year and we offer a transparent and progressive career path for all employees. ‘Bee’
Inspired
‘Bee’ Well
You can’t miss our Myerson office building – we’re the ‘building with the Bee’, showing our support for the charity We Love MCR.
To support employee wellbeing, we created the Myerson ‘Bee’ Well campaign. An internal wellness programme that provides employees with practical tips and support to help promote and improve mental health and wellbeing.
The Bee in the City project was a fantastic public arts event which attracted widespread attention across the city.
‘Bee’ Well include free podcasts, relaxation techniques, PT and Yoga classes, links to support sites. This year we also provided employees with a Wellness Day - to encourage everyone to take a day for themselves to relax, refresh and recharge, without the need to book annual leave.
To support our community we are developing an urban community bee garden, for residents, support groups and children from across the local area.
In addition to ‘Bee’ Well, we set up the Myerson Kids Club, because our Myerson family goes beyond just our employees.

Because life is rarely black and white… With COVID-19, Brexit and a challenging economy creating difficult business conditions, the success we achieved at Myerson was a bright spot amid the gloom of 2020.
