he Journals have published newspapers every month for the past 33 years. During that time we have mailed a copy of the Journal to nearly everyone in the city. We know from audits that over 70% of the households in the city read the Journal, but that means that 30% do not. That is a considerable amount of

wasted paper. We also know that some people in the community are not receiving the Journal, although they want it. Until now there was no way to address these issues. But now, using this QR code, you can select if you want to receive the Journal.
