rt and Nick Depole opened MOOYAH’s Sandy location on Oct. 28, 2024. Since then, the Depole brothers grew MOOYAH’s Sandy location to be one of the two highest-volume MOOYAH stores in the country (out of 85 stores total): rivaled only by MOOYAH’s Billings, Montana location. Both stores pull over $50,000 per week. “When we first opened, we came from Provo where a busy day was a $4,000 day. The first weekend in Sandy, we were doing over $10,000. We were overwhelmed,” Art said. He described how the team had to, pretty quickly, re-invent their whole business plan and structure to keep both customer service standards and food quality high. “The key is getting the right people,” Art said. “Our entire team cares about the store, the whole customer experience, and they want to get things done.” He further cites customer experience,

ChadlersPlumbing.com food quality and food consistency as their secret to success. “We can do a $15,000 day, with all food coming out in 10 minutes or less, and no one understands how we can do it,” Art said. “From the minute you walk in to when you’re leaving, we care about how you’re treated,” he continued. “If you come to me with a problem with the food, I’m remaking it for you.” The Depole brother’s care for customer service goes beyond a simple single interaction. They are passionate about the value of community and believe in giving back. “We see our regulars three to four times per week. For me, that’s a big deal,” Art said.
