All saved designs are stored in the My Designs section of the users home page. Hover over a thumbnail to Edit, Delete or Duplicate a design.
Click the Create New button to start a new design. This opens up the Choose your size popup which has A4 & AllStars size options. Choose a size, then click Create.
All the different elements a User can choose to create a design can be found in the Assets Menu
Add any Asset by dragging & dropping onto the Page.
At the top of each Page there are the following options:
• Move Up
• Move Down
• Duplicate
• Delete • Add Page
• Rotate Page
A user can start a design with pre-designed, fully editable template. The MyBrandz HUB contains pre-loaded JSON templates which are created & managed by the MyBrandz Team.
We also provide a custom design service to create and upload bespoke templates exclusively for your Group User Account.
The Widget feature consists of pre-designed product bundles that are ready-to-use widgets.
Using quick drag-and-drop editing, widgets significantly speed up the flyer design process.
Users can create new custom text using the Add a text box button located at the top of the Text flyout menu.
Users can drag & drop pre-designed text elements.

Users can instantly access and integrate logo assets into their designs, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
The MyBrandz Team maintains a centralised digital asset HUB, pre-populated with approved logos for all suppliers and wholesalers. Group User Admins can also upload their own logos.
The icon library within the MyBrandz HUB is built upon years of accumulated data from top-performing FMCG marketing campaigns, providing editors with immediate access to the most relevant and effective visual assets.
Users can Drag & Drop pre-designed Price Points that are stored in the MyBrandz HUB. These elements can be enabled for an enitre user base or specific user groups as required.
Once a Price Point template is dragged onto the canvas, users can edit the style—such as color, font, and size—to seamlessly integrate with their overall design.

The Products feature contains all the transparent PNG images of individual products. The Product Images are categorised by: Supplier > Type > Size > Image.

The AI Image function enables the automated generation of custom images based on user-provided keywords, streamlining the creative process.
In the Flyer section, users can add previously designed flyers as separate pages.
This is ideal for campaigns that span a quarter or an entire year, allowing for easy consolidation of materials.
