What is a smart home?
A house is intelligent when it offers significant added value in terms of comfort, security and energy efficiency. And it can only do this if the individual systems such as heating, lighting or alarm are networked and communicate with each other. You come home in the evening, for example, open the door with a fingerprint, at the same time the alarm system switches off, the lights come on, the heating has already comfortably preheated the rooms and your favourite music is playing in the background. myGEKKO – for my intelligent home The intelligent building automation myGEKKO enables you a completely new way of living. It transforms your home into an active living space that interacts with you, learns from you and adapts to your needs. myGEKKO is a control system with which your house can be controlled via a simple user interface, the myGEKKO Slide. All systems can be operated, controlled and optimized centrally via the slide. The myGEKKO Slide is your personal assistant, so to speak. With its uniform, intuitive user interface, you can personalize, operate and monitor all functions and systems without technical support. You can find out, for example, what the current temperature in the living room is and, if necessary, make quick temperature adjustments. The software, the myGEKKO OS, is already preinstalled on the myGEKKO Slide and is continuously adapted and expanded to reflect technological innovations. With the flexible installation concept, you will continue to have access to all technical innovations and options. The independence from programming standards and cabling type offers the best prerequisite that the house and the technology can change with you. This means that all options for changing needs are open for every phase of life.
