3.Homesonnarrowlots50feetwideorlessshallbeallowedaminimumside to sidewidthof30feetforfloors abovethefirstfloor. The30 footwidefloorshallbeabletoaccommodateanine footfloor to ceiling measurementonthesecondfloor.
4.Homeswhosesideyardarecontiguoustoanopenspace,unbuildablearea,ornon residentiallyzonedlandsare exempt. (Noexemptionifadjacenttoapark.)
5.Housesthathavethegableendfacingthesidelotlineareexempt.
6.Replacementinkindofbuildingmaterialsonthesidewallofanexistinghouse. Forexample,thereplacementof sidingwouldbeexempt.
