To my students, I have written this training manual on the sword for you in the hope that you will take this knowledge and build upon it. To my peers in the martial arts, relax, I have never claimed to be an expert in anything. I would suggest that we build upon our strengths rather than expose our weaknesses, this is a better path to peace and unity.
