ABSTRACT
Early Childhood Postural and Neuro-Musculoskeletal Screening Program Developmental Asymmetry, Spinal Balance, and Neurofascial Integration in Infancy and Early Childhood
The Growing Spine Program is a pediatric massage and movement-based approach to infant and early childhood screening, therapy, and correction. This program teaches practitioners to recognize early signs of postural and movement imbalance, including head preference, plagiocephaly, torticollis, uneven crawling, pelvic imbalance, gait asymmetry, and early spinal patterns that may affect healthy development. The goal is to support early awareness, gentle correction, neurofascial balance, healthy movement, parent education, and appropriate referral when needed.
