Ad contracts must be signed prior to publication. Cancellation by the advertiser must be confirmed by Musicworks With written notice of 6 or more weeks prior to the booking deadline, advertiser may terminate contract without penalty, in the event of late cancellation or non-receipt of artwork, advertiser will be liable for full payments of reserved space. Musicworks reserves the right to reject advertisements it deems objectionable for reasons including but not limited to appearance, content, wording, or character. All advertising is accepted with the understanding that the advertiser has read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this rate card. Clients will be sent a digital tear sheet of their ad.

The Musicworks in the Classroom delivers magazines to thousands of postsecondary students in music and arts studies across Canada With the support of our donors, schools can access the program free of charge and more students can explore the creative processes in professional music-making

The Musicworks Electronic Music Composition Contest is an annual juried contest that presents opportunities for new musical talents. All contestants receive a free subscription with entry. Winners receive cash prizes, are presented in the magazine and are promoted on social media channels and in media releases.
