On This Road was commissioned by approximately 30 choirs as part of the 2018 Michigan Choral Commissioning Consortium. The work is moderate to up tempo with a message of inclusion. Musically, it is most suited to high school choruses, but could also work for advanced JH/MS choruses and university choruses looking for an accessible work.
