About the Work Enough is a choral composition based on a beautiful love poem by Sara Teasdale (1884-1933). The text, autobiographical in nature, refers to a platonic and idealizad love. For the poet it is enough "to feel his love blow by like music over me". Written for solo soprano and a cappella choir, the work begins with the tonic note "G" –present throughout the composition, with the exception of measures 46-47 and 78– which symbolises the presence of this love in her life. The melody unfolds above this sound, while the harmony builds below it. Throughout the work, a placid, serene and confident character is conveyed. In the coda, in the manner of an epilogue, the beginning of the main theme appears with the harmony of the end of that theme, a kind of alpha and omega, a symbol of perpetuity and eternity. Enough was released by NEOVOCALIS on April 30, 2021 at the Festival 'Música Sacra a la Rectoria' in El Ràfol d'Almúnia (Alicante, Spain), conducted by myself.

I started my musical training in my hometown as a chorister at the “Escolanía de la Virgen”. The training of those years still influences my compositions (which are mostly sacred) and arrangements for choir and piano. In 2003, I founded the all-professional chamber choir, NEOVOCALIS, which specializes in contemporary choral music. The ensemble has premiered most of my compositions under my direction.
