"All You Have" is dedicated to Dexter and Suzan Duhan: Often, in the tedium of day-to-day life, it is easy for us to focus on the difficulties, despair, and disharmony that seems to surround us. As a result, we tend to lose sight of the things and the people who, by their very existence, make the world a beautiful place. The beautiful things in life are easy to see: flowers, mountains, oceans, or a sunrise. We need to stop, take a breath, open our eyes and appreciate them. Sometimes, beautiful people are more difficult to see. Not because there are so few of them, but because they work behind the scenes. They selflessly give their time, their talents, and their gifts. The Bible tells us, in Luke 6:38, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Maynard and Papa, you “give all you have been, or could be” and make this world a better, more beautiful place.
