Our list prices do not include VAT. As some of our products do not attract VAT we have split the price list into two sections so that it is easy for you to identify the products on which you need to add VAT.

CONDITION 1 - SUPPLY OF GOODS SUBJECT TO THESE CONDITIONS
The suppiy of goods by St John Supplies ("the seller") to any buyer as buyer's agent ("the buyer") shall be subject to and conditional upon acceptance by the buyer of these Conditions of Supply which shall apply notwithstanding any purported waiver, expressed or implied, by or on behalf of St John Supplies. Where there is any conflict between the Conditions of Supply and any other condition sought to be imposed by the buyer then these Conditions of Supply shall prevail, unless such other condition has been specifically agreed to in writing by St John Supplies. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders.
CONDITION

- PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods supplied shall pass to the buyer on delivery into the buyer's possession or on delivery to the buyer's carrier or agent or the place of delivery nominated by the buyer and St John Supplies shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage occurring thereafter.
CONDITION 3
- RETURNS
Claims for returned goods can only be accepted in accordance with our "Change of Mind" Policy (see Catalogue). No claims can be accepted for returned goods unless a receipt is obtained from the carrier.
CONDITION 4- DAMAGE OR LOSS OF GOODS
Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods prior to the passing of the risk in the goods will only be accepted by St John Supplies if the buyer notifies St John Supplies in writing within seven days of delivery in the case of damage, or within ten days from the date of dispatch in the case of loss or non-delivery.
CONDITION 5 - TITLE
Title in the goods supplied shall remain with St John Supplies until fu l payment has been received by St John Supplies for all monies due in respect of goods. All goods delivered to the buyer may be removed from the buyer's premises by the seller at any time after the due date of payment has been passed.
CONDITION 6 - PRICES
All prices quoted by St John Supplies are subject to alteration without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by St John Supplies or stated expressly in the form of tender issued by the buyer.
CONDITION 7 - VALUE ADDED TAX (VAn
Prices are exclusive of VAT which is charged extra in accordance with tax regulations. For invoicing purposes St John Supplies may require the buyer, if eligible, to furnish evidence of exemption or zero rating from VAT.
CONDITION 8 - SPECIFICATION
Where products are manufactured and adapted to the buyer's own specification St John Supplies accepts no responsibility as regards the fitness for purpose of the products so supplied, and those goods are not returnable for credit without specific prior written agreement. The suitability of any product's intended use is the customer's responsibility and in the event of a substantiated claim the obligation of St John Supplies shal be to replace such quantity of the goods proven to be defective and no consequential loss can
be accepted by the seller no matter how incurred. All equipment with moving parts should be regularly maintained.
CONDITION 9 - DEL!VERY
(a) The seller accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the late delivery of goods by its agents or its agents' carriers due to any cause whatsoever. Any delivery time or date for dispatch or delivery date which St John Supplies may specify is accordingly an estimate only. St John Supplies will seek to achieve delivery dates specified as far as it is within its power to do so.
(b) Goods ordered may be delivered by instalments at the discretion of St John Supplies. Where delivery is made in instalments, delay in delivering one or more instalments shall not entitle the buyer to refuse to accept any remaining instalments. Each instalment shall be separately invoiced and paid in accordance with Condition 10 and payment for each instalment shall be a cond ition of delivery of subsequent instalments.
CONDITION 10- PAYMENT
Payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between St John Supplies and buyer, shall , where goods are supplied on credit, be due 30 days from the date of the invoice issued by St John Supplies. If the buyer fails to settle the invoice on the due date the buyer may be required, at the disaetion of St John Supplies, to pay interest on the amount outstanding at the rate of 2% per month compounded at the end of each month For the avoidance of doubt, such a remedy is in addition to rights of St John Supplies either to take legal action for the amount outstanding, including any interest due, or to repudiate the contract and repossess the goods in accordance with Condition 5.
CONDITION 11 - COPYRIGHT
The copyright in all catalogues , documents, books and all intellectual rights incorporated in any supply to the customer shall remain the property of St John Supplies.
CONDITION 12 - TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Descriptions, specifications and other technical information in the catalogue is supplied to us by third parties and should be used as a guide rather than a guarantee that the goods will conform in absolute detail to the descriptions, specifications and illustrations published. We reserve the right to amend specifications and withdraw items without notice.
Where a technical specification is of particular importance to you, we welcome enquiries in order that we may check and let you have the most up-to-date accurate information on the product available to us.
CONDITION 13 - COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
Unless otherwise stated, nothing in this catalogue is to be taken as a representation of origin of manufacture of production of the goods or any part thereof.
