Vergani Secondo was founded in 1881 in Cremona, in Northern Italy. What started as an artisanal nougat business quickly grew to encompass chocolates and confectionary. We love them for their beautiful packaging and wide range of delicious specialties.

Dolciaria Sara is a small family company situated right outside of Rimini, on the Adriatic coast of Italy.
Their torrone nougats are wonderful examples of their kind: soft and smooth, with the faintest chew and the perfect amount of crunchy inclusions such as almonds or pistachios.

A note on Melegatti:
Do you know who invented the Pandoro? While many brands claim it as their own, Domenico Melegatti is said to be its original inventor, as he deposited a patent for the now-famous cake on October 14th, 1894. Since then, Melegatti has grown, and now offers a full selection of their exceptional Italian cakes to customers in Italy and abroad. Their iconic blue boxes are adorned by one of the most charming logos we’ve ever seen: two prancing cats!

A note on Vergani:
Vergani has been crafting Panettone in Milan for over four generations. What began as the small shop of Angelo Vergani in 1944 is now a world-renowned Panettone maker. Vergani is the only large producer of Panettone producing 100% of its products in Milan itself.
They use only fresh ingredients, and sourced specialties: candied orange from Calabria, almonds from Bari, honey from Tuscany. Try them to taste the difference!

RED COW PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
Considered the "mother of Parmigiano Reggiano", this DOP cheese is made using the milk of Red Cows from Reggio Emilia, Italy. This breed produces a third less of milk than other breeds, but it is higher in protein and butterfat. Aged a minimum of 24 months, which produces a delicate, sweet taste with a pleasant, strong yet delicate aroma. Perfect for grating or eating.
