Thesuccessfulcandidateforthepositionmustpos¬ sessaBachelorofSciencedegreeinBusinessAd¬ ministrationorcomparablefield,withaminimum offiveyearsexperienceinasupervisoryormana¬ gerialcapacity.Thecandidatealsoshouldhovea workingknowledgeofaccouniingpiiricipiesandIjhowever,tohavetoinformtheBrotherhoodthatourEx¬ computersystems.Advoncedmanagement courseworkoranM.B.A,ispreferred.Thesuccess¬ fulcandidateisexpectedtohoveexcellentcom¬ municationsandpeopleskills.Applicantsmustbe active and financial with the fraternity.
