Alpha World Policy Council by General President Milton C. Davis, commended Mu Lambda for its signi cant contributions to the Fraternity, and challenged the Chapter to engage its intellect, talents, and power in rectifying the plight of Washington, DC government. Brother Brooke emphasized the importance of the Brothers of Mu Lambda becoming part of “the system,” so that we can forge away for the generations of tlie next

on to express how impressed he is with Mu Lambda’s scholarship and outreach programs, as well as its commitment to the community. In the latter part of his address. Brother Brooke spoke out against incidents of hazing, denouncing it as “barbaric, uncivilized, and

obsolete,” insisting the we are “past that stage,” and that we must accept the greater challenges that confront us by leading and remaining in the
