The first step lies in empowerment - equipping the youth with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to confront societal challenges. Empowerment comes from education, skill development
and creating platforms where their voices can be heard. It’s about giving them the foundation to understand and critically analyze the issues that affect their lives, such as poverty, inequality, and violence. When we empower our youth, we invest in their ability to become agents of change in their communities and beyond.
ENVISION
Empowerment leads to the ability to envision – to dream of a world that is better than today. It involves nurturing a vision that is not constrained by the present limitations but is fueled by the
possibilities of what can be achieved. This stage is about inspiring young individuals to look beyond immediate concerns, to imagine a future that is equitable, peaceful, and thriving. It is in this envisioning process that the seeds of innovation and progress are sown.
EXECUTE
Finally, the true test of empowerment and vision is in their execution. This stage is all about action – turning ideas into tangible solutions. Execution involves critical thinking, problem-solving, and

The culmination of the extravagant opening ceremony brought us to a profoundly significant moment—the OathTakingCeremony.InthepresenceofthedistinguishedleadersandPrincipalofEmeraldHeightsInternationalSchool, Mr. Siddharth Singh, who led the oath for the Secretariat. The Secretariat took a solemn oath, pledging to be the torchbearersofchangethroughtheMU20Summit.Thisoathwasnotjustamererecitationofwords;itsymbolizeda shared commitment by every student in the audience. "Stepping into the realm of inspiration, this year's MU20xbroughttogethertenremarkablespeakers,each with a unique voice and perspective to share. After a rigorous selection process and careful consideration of their applications, these ten promising individuals emergedasthevoicesofchange.
In a captivating series of talks, each speaker was granted ten minutes to articulate their thoughts and passions before an eager audience. The stage became a platform for them to express their ideas, beliefs, and visions,captivatingtheaudiencewiththeirwisdomand passion.
Just as last year's talks showcased the eloquence and depthofyoungspeakers,MU20xextendedthetradition by giving these ten extraordinary individuals an opportunitytoenlightenandengagetheaudience.The poweroftheirwordsandthediversityoftheirmessages illuminated the path to change, instilling a renewed senseofhopeandpurposeforthefuture."
The MU20x showcased a diverse lineup of speakers from seven cities, each leaving a lasting impact. From Prabhav Joshi's artistic influence to Palash Mamtaney's profound questioning of life's "whys," the event explored a range of perspectives.
Aditya Mandloi delved into the nature of obsession, urging the audience to embark on the road less traveled. Anshika Awasthishedlightonteenagestruggles,emphasizingacknowledgment,introspection,learning,andenforcement. Ridhakshi Ganjoo shared insights on children in conflict, drawing from experiences in Pulwama. Jasreen Kaur inspired withamessageofself-faithandleadership,enrichedbyherexperiencesinJapanandabeautifulconcludingpoem.
Javier Rajiv took the audience on an insightful journey into Artificial Intelligence and human dynamics. Shreshtha Sharmasparkednumerousconversationson"storiesworthreading"andtheessenceofthehumanenvironment. ClosingtheMU20x,AvdheshDubeychallengedtheIndianeducationsystem,offeringapathtowardsignificantchange. These nine speakers at the MU20 summit demonstrated the intriguing thoughts and impactful presentations of young minds,inspiringpositivetransformationsforabetterworld.
MU20's 20 Under 20 is MU20 School of Opportunity’swayofacknowledgingand appreciatingtheeffortsofthosewhoare bringing about a change from a tender age. Whether it be about spreading awareness about the environment, wanting to strike a balance between physical and mental well-being, or bringing about a change in the educational or political scenario of the country.
