Beginning on your first day, you and your family have access to our award-winning medical, dental, and vision benefits with no premium cost to you! Already covered under another insurance plan? No problem — we’ll pay you $60 per paycheck, instead!

The Employee Assistance Program provides professional and confidential counseling services at no cost and is designed to assist employees with both work-related and non-work-related concerns.
The Credit Union offers basic life insurance that will pay your beneficiary one times your annual salary up to $50,000.
If you are unable to work after 90 days of a covered disability, full-time employees are eligible to receive up to 60% of your monthly earnings.
Consider setting aside your hard-earned money in an account safe from taxes! Plan ahead and budget to use the funds for upcoming medical expenses.
This additional coverage can help pay for expenses you and your family incur that are not covered by other insurance. Choose coverage for yourself, your spouse, or dependents. Coverage offered up to five times your annual salary up to a maximum of $500,000.

We help you plan for the future with a 401(k) plan administered by Principal Financial Group. For every dollar you contribute, the Credit Union will contribute $1, up to 10% of your annual pay. This match is available within your first 30 days of employment. Employer match vesting is prorated and reaches 100% vested upon reaching 6 years with MSUFCU.
