Daniel Schneider (’30) The transition from middle school to high school was a massive change in my life. Even though both stages of my education involve classes, homework, teachers, and friends, high school feels completely di erent to me. I have had to become much more responsible, work hard to make new friends, and start preparing myself for my future. At rst, the change was de nitely stressful, but it has also been an incredible

opportunity for me to grow and become far more independent. Another major part of my transition has been making new friends. Some of my peers went to high school with the same people they knew in middle school, but I have had to meet many new classmates.
