최근 주택 구입을 하시는 분들 중 특히 사업을 하시는 분이라면 융자 진행에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으 실 것이라 생각 됩니다. 특히 회계사 사무실로 요청해야 할 서류가 많아 졌으며, 이에 따른 고충도 다들 크신 것 같습니다. 지난 3월 부터 시작된 Pandemic의 영향으로 인해 7월에 들어 주택 융자 심사 가이 드 라인이 조금 강화되었습니다. 앞서 ‘개정안’ 이라 말씀 드렸지만 실은 변경된 사항 보다는 추가된 사항이 훨씬 많아 졌습니다. 가장 중요한 부분은 ‘Pandemic으로 인한 Hardship 이 있는지에 대한 여부 확인’ 입니다. 즉, 지난해와 비교 했을 때 비지니스 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있다고 판단 된다면 대출 승인이 어려워 지는 것입니다. 그렇다면 비지니스 운영 상황을 체크하는 지표들은 어떤것들이 있는지 확인해 보겠습니다.
