Coconut Grove is right on the southeast end of Miami, yet a world-apart the city. With a nautical tradition brought from the beginnings of the Cipriani Family in Venice, the rooms and hallways follow an overall nautical blue and white palette, nautical fixtures and tailored made lacquered treated wood finishing furniture details, with long hallways resembling those on a luxury ship or super yacht, dotted with photos of sailboats skimming over waves. The water views are more typical of what you might see in Venice— here, an array of sailboats moored in Biscayne Bay—provide the calmer scenery and spirit of Coconut Grove, Miami’s original neighborhood. Starlight Ballroom can be divided to accommodate events as small as 20 guests and as large as 280 guests.
