PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Patina/Blendz Collection transform environments with rich, nature-inspired colorways that evoke calm, intrigue, and visual depth. These finishes are printed on durable, sustainable metal materials—creating surfaces that merge art and performance for interior and exterior applications.

(not available on stainless steel) • Standard laminate thickness: .040" (1.016 mm), approximately .60 lbs/ft² • Also available in perforated (.063"), laser-cut (3/16"), engraved (.090"), or corrugated (.040") formats • Thicker gauges available for columns, dividers, and wall systems (varies by product) Panel Sizes 4' × 8' (1.2 × 2.4 m) and 4' × 10' (1.2 × 3.0 m); maximum size 5' × 10' Panel squareness tolerance: ±3/16" (4.7 mm) Finishes Low-VOC clear polycoat for interior and exterior use

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS Seaming Each panel design is produced in a full 4’x8’ or 4’x10’ repeat. • Panels can be seamed along the long edges (see Fig. 1). • Some designs can be rotated 180° in the field to create a more organic, non-repeating flow (see Fig. 2). • Avoid mixing panel sizes (see Fig. 3), as artwork will not align. • For large-scale installations, Móz can create custom artwork that spans multiple panels (see Fig. 4). Some limitations apply.

Trims & Framing Trims and framing options are available to manage seams, edges, and corner conditions when using sheet material. Trims for Patina/Blendz colorways are finished in complementary tones. Refer to our Trims and Framing PDF for details.

SAMPLING Samples are produced on .040" aluminum in 3.5" × 5" sizes. Due to the large-scale nature of the artwork, samples are often scaled down for color and design representation. Request samples via the Sample Request Form at mozdesigns.com.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY All products are made to order. • Standard sheet production: approximately 3–4 weeks • Pre-built solutions (columns, dividers, walls): additional lead time • Larger or more complex orders may require longer production schedules

HANDLING, CARE, AND WORKING WITH METAL Refer to the Móz Metal Sheets Technical Information Guide for detailed instructions on handling, fabrication, and installation.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS For general cleaning, use a damp, lint-free cloth or sponge with mild, non-abrasive soap and water. For heavier cleaning or grease removal, use mineral spirits or naphtha. Low-concentration ammonia cleaners (such as household glass cleaners) may also be used. For disinfection, use a 60% alcohol / 40% water solution or Lysol® disinfectant spray. Do not use abrasive cleaners, rubbing compounds, lacquer thinner, or pressure washers, as they may damage the coating. Refer to the Móz Metals Cleaning Guidelines for detailed touch-up procedures.

GENERAL WARRANTY Due to the handcrafted nature of our process, each sheet is unique. Minor surface irregularities and color variations are inherent to the product. Inspect materials prior to cutting or installation by lifting a corner of the protective mask. If material is deemed defective, Móz Designs’ liability is limited to the replacement cost of that material. Defective material must be submitted to Móz for evaluation. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
