Every great organization reaches a moment when it must pause, take a breath, and look toward the horizon not just to see what’s next, but to define how it will thrive in the years ahead. For us, that moment is now.
Our 2026 Strategic Plan calls for a strong foundation, many aspects of which are already underway. In 2026 we will build on what we have done so far. No “ new ” things, yet laser focus on our product Everflex and RTM as well as continued, thoughtful growth of direct pay services with focus on employers. Continued adoption on provider tools and support tools that we have introduced yet want to perfect and refine to best serve our team and our clients. It’s about building a future where we can continue to do what we love - helping people move, heal, and live better all while ensuring the long-term strength and sustainability of our organization.
We’re centering this work around three key pillars:
1) Team Growth and Fulfillment: Our greatest strength is you. We’ll continue to focus on building an environment where every team member can grow, find purpose, and take pride in the difference we make together.
2) Clinical Excellence and Innovation: Through Everflex, RTM, and other tools, we ’ re elevating how we deliver care ensuring every client benefits from personalized, measurable outcomes while creating a model that payers recognize and value.
3) Financial Sustainability: We’re strengthening our foundation by leveraging new opportunities (RTM) within Medicare and beyond to secure fair, sustainable payment for the exceptional care we provide. This will allow us to reinvest in our people, technology, and patient experience.
More details to come but plan on a year that builds off this one and is disciplined around perfecting our current systems and no new things.
This plan isn’t just about sustaining our organization it’s about positioning us to lead the future of movement based care and wellness. Thank you for your continued dedication and belief in what we ’ re building together.
Let’s keep moving forward together!

Where we share in our team members success!
Please share any team accomplishments with us so we can share them with the whole team.
hands down, marissa crushed it!
Congratulations to Marissa Battaglia who passed her Certified Hand Therapist exam. Our Hand Therapist provider team is a team of 6 CHTs and we believe that makes us the largest private hand therapy team in California. Marissa is M4L through and through, starting in the Atascadero clinic as an aide, then doing her clinical internship with Troy McClanahan while in PT school and then joined the team as a new PT grad. She joins Amy Gaffney and Troy, who have all sat and successful passed their CHT exam on the 1st try, a test which has a 50% pass rate! Well done!!

Ten years ago, M4L made the leap from the West to East coast, opening its first clinic out east in Asheville clinic on September 14, 2015 under the direction of Sean Simonds.
A lot has changed since then, 5 additional clinics have joined the South Asheville clinic, we have weathered a pandemic, a hurricane and become a part of the fabric of the larger Asheville community.

Happy 10 years South Asheville and cheers to a decade of being bicoastal!

The recent move of our Stockton Pacific clinic to its beautiful new home at Stockton Pine, along with the launch of the new Stockton Hand Therapy clinic, was a major undertaking.
While a front office manager was out on leave, the transition was made possible by the extraordinary dedication of three team members who stepped up in a monumental way.
A huge, heartfelt thank you to Brandi Burrell, our Lodi Front Office Manager, and San Joaquin Region Front Office Regional Representative; Amanda Gonsalves, our Orcutt Front Office Manager and Central Coast Region Front Office Regional Representative; and Lupe Gonzales, our invaluable Referral Coordinator.
These three individuals truly embodied the spirit of our Three A’s. They served as a constant source of support, seamlessly handling crucial Front Office and Clinic Operation tasks. Their efforts ensured a smooth flow of our day-to-day work, from managing referrals and scheduling to monitoring and managing authorizations. This support was especially critical during the physical move, where they went above and beyond to ensure our new Stockton clinics started strong.
The dedication didn't stop there. Brandi, Amanda, and Lupe were also instrumental in supporting the success of onboarding two new front office assistants. They provided ongoing support, training, and a warm welcome, making our new team members feel right at home. Their close communication with the Clinic Directors was key to ensuring every member of the Stockton team had the resources they needed.
This kind of collaboration is what makes our team exceptional. It's a powerful reminder that when we support one another, we can accomplish incredible things. Thank you, Brandi, Amanda, and Lupe, for your outstanding commitment and for helping us make this transition a resounding success!
Luke Gentry has led Cathedral City clinic since its opening in August of 2011 and stepped down from that position on October 1st. We are grateful for his entrepreneurship and creativity helping to launch the Coachella Valley region in its early days and build the M4L reputation in that area.
He was instrumental in finding our new clinic director, JC Vargas, and is supporting the leadership transition now. Luke, we appreciate all you have done over the past 14 years in the Coachella region as well as your early contributions to Team Templeton prior to moving to Cathedral City.
We look forward to continuing to work with you within M4L and watch the things you support as Cathedral City moves into the future!
Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, JC has always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping people reach their full potential.
He was a PT aide in the Cathedral City clinic in its early days before leaving for PT school. After earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020, JC has been guiding patients through their rehab journeys with a focus on long-term strength and wellness.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him golfing, running, flowing through yoga, or planning his next travel adventure.
Welcome back to the team, JC!
