Join the MWCC kitchen staff to learn about knife skills. This class will demonstrate the proper techniques of kitchen knife safety. Learn classic knife cuts, which knife to use and when, and why it is important to keep ingredients uniform size.
Just in time for St. Patty’s Day, come learn how to make your own authentic Irish Soda Bread with the guidance of the MWCC kitchen staff. The skills you learn will also help you make other quick breads. All ingredients included. (No Waivers)
Hand pies are individual pies that come in all flavor profiles from sweet to savory. Learn how to make your dough from scratch and choose a flavor from: beef cottage pie, vegetarian cottage pie, or strawberry rhubarb. Everyone will take home up to six pies at the end of class.
