We are proud to share our 2026-2030 Strategic Plan.
For 25 years, Mount Kenya Trust has worked to protect and restore one of Kenya's most extraordinary landscapes: a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a water source for 3.5 million people, and home to communities, forests, and wildlife that depend on each other to thrive.
This plan is our commitment to the next five years. Three goals drive it: stronger partnerships for a unified conservation strategy, empowered communities at the heart of forest management, and increased forest cover. Through this, we envision a healthy Mt Kenya ecosystem where communities and wildlife coexist harmoniously.
Read it, share it, and if you feel moved to be part of what comes next, we would love to hear from you.
