DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE
We're excited to share another season full of programs, events, and activities designed to bring our community together. Our team is here for you, and this Winter Activity Guide is your invitation to get out, connect, and try something new. You’ll find fresh youth offerings, expanded adult programs, and creative activities at The View Teen Center, which remains a welcoming space for our teens to connect, learn, and have fun. And with winter break around the corner, be sure to check out the programs designed specifically to keep your family active and engaged during the season.
We’re also thrilled to welcome back some of Mountain View’s most cherished community traditions. Join us for the Community Tree Lighting on Monday, December 8 at Civic Center Plaza and for the Lunar New Year Celebration on Saturday, February 28 at the Mountain View Community Center. These events will feature familiar favorites you’ve come to love, along with a few new surprises to keep things fresh and exciting.
And while summer might seem far away, it’s never too early to start planning. Mark your calendar for the Summer Camp Fair on Wednesday, March 4 at the Mountain View Community Center. It’s a great chance to meet our amazing staff and learn more about the wide variety of camps and programs we offer for all ages.
We can’t wait to see you at our programs and events this winter and to keep making Mountain View a place where community truly thrives.
