YOU CAN’T BEAT THIS TIME OF YEAR IN ABU DHABI
Sure, because of the weather. After what
feels like forever, we’re finally able to
enjoy scenic strolls, breezy beach days,
and sundowners without sweltering.
The city really feels like it comes alive
again, and gorgeous spots like Mamsha
Al Saadiyat, Yas Bay Waterfront and
Mina Zayed all awaken with the welcome sound of a gentle thrum of people. Alfresco dining,
park picnics, desert camping… the list goes on. And as well as all of our favourite outdoor
pasttimes, this month also sees the arrival of a new attraction in the capital, the long-awaited
Surf Abu Dhabi, bringing with it a chic beach club and relaxed eatery. We take you on a first
look on p53.
But it’s not just about the weather. This time of year is so great because there’s a truly diverse
events calendar to look forward to. If you’re a sports fan, the final few months of the year mean
NBA, UFC and F1.
