The Mubadala Community Cup Presented by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi supports tomorrow’s tennis stars, today
The largest amateur tournament in the region, the Mubadala Community Cup (MCC) Presented by Cleveland Clinic has enjoyed another fantastic year, with hundreds of promising young tennis stars taking part in its 12th edition.
Presented by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a leading multi-specialty hospital in the emirate and part of Mubadala’s network of health providers, this year’s MCC welcomed over 300 UAE residents over four weekends in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in an exciting showcase of homegrown talent.
The MCC tournament has been providing opportunities for amateurs of all abilities and ages to participate in tennis since 2009. The winners, runners-up and raffle winners from each category in the 2019 tournaments have won a money-can’t-buy opportunity – an exclusive spot in coaching clinics hosted by world-class players from the MWTC line-up.
The coaching clinics are an invaluable opportunity for young players to learn from
the best players in the world and develop their skills for the future. What’s more, this year the winners will go head-tohead to be crowned MCC UAE Champion. The winners from the capital will face the winners from Dubai in seven categories, including age groups from 10s & under through to Men’s and Ladies’ Singles, as well as Adults’ Mixed Doubles. Come and show support for your city’s players and catch some of the stars during the coaching clinics on the outer courts during Day 1 and Day 2 of MWTC.
