Services, Ordering Terms, and Policies
MENUS
Holland’s has a wide range of menus for you to choose from. This is a sampling of what we have to offer. We welcome the opportunity to customize a menu tailored to your specific requests. All menu items are subject to seasonal availability and supply. If a specific item is not available, we will substitute it with an item of comparable or superior quality and value. All prices are based on current market conditions and are subject to change.
ORDERING GUIDELINES
All orders must be place 48 hours in advance since all items are prepared to order, and to ensure availability/delivery times. We will always try to accommodate last minute orders, call, (757) 934.1787.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Deposit are required – 50% for all orders over $100.00. Large orders require a signed contract. We accept checks or credit cards. All credit card orders have a 3.5% convenience fee added.
CANCELLATION FEES
Only standard orders canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50%.
DELIVERIES
Delivery is available with appropriate notice. All orders will be charged a delivery fee. Delivery times are subject to availability so we encourage you to place your order with appropriate notice. Additional charges will apply for deliveries outside the metro area and weekends. This charge is automatically added to your invoice for your convenience.
EQUIPMENT, STAFF, DECOR
Holland’s can arrange for the rental of all equipment you need for any event. We are also happy to prepare selections on your serviceware prior to your event. Flowers, decorations, rentals, lighting, AV, and all the appropriate service staff can be coordinated as well.
ALLERGY WARNING
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering. While precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination, food preparation areas are not entirely allergen-free, and cross-contact with nuts may occur. If severe nut allergies exist, it is recommended to exercise caution when consuming any prepared food.
