Thank you for partnering with Mainstreet REALTORS® for Oktoberfest 2026 Oktoberfest is Mainstreet’s largest member event of the year, bringing hundreds of REALTORS® together for an afternoon of networking, food, entertainment and fun. Your participation is a big part of what makes this event possible! We’ve created this guide to make your experience as easy as possible. You’ll find everything your team needs to know about arrival, check-in, unloading, parking and set-up. Please share this guide with everyone staffing your space. We’re looking forward to a great afternoon with you.
Sponsors and vendors bringing materials may begin arriving at Mainstreet for Check-In & Drop-Off.
Complimentary shuttle service begins between Event Parking & Mainstreet.
1:30 p.m. Recommended Set-Up Completion We strongly encourage having your space ready by 1:30 p.m. Members often begin arriving before the official start.
1:45 p.m. Sponsor Spaces Ready
Spaces should be completely set up & staffed.

Know Before You Go Your Exhibitor Space
Your specific table size (6 ft), location and included amenities are based on your sponsorship or vendor agreement. Your table number and location will be included in the final Table Assignment Directory.
Table Coverings
Tablecloths are not provided. Please bring a table covering for your exhibitor space.
Electricity
Electricity is available only if it is included with your sponsorship or has been arranged in advance.
Outside Alcohol
Outside alcohol may only be brought to Oktoberfest with advance approval from Mainstreet and payment of applicable fee.
Promotional Materials
Sponsors and vendors are welcome to bring business cards, flyers, giveaways and other appropriate promotional materials.

Bring your Oktoberfest spirit! We will once again recognize your creativity. And yes, there is a trophy.

Giveaways are great but the real value of Oktoberfest is the opportunity to meet Mainstreet members.

Give attendees a reason to remember you.

Consider a useful giveaway, contest, resource or special offer.

Network beyond your table.
•
Connect with fellow sponsors and vendors too. Some of your best relationships may begin with another participating business.

Once the Showcase concludes at 5 p.m. — join us for the final hour of Oktoberfest and continue connecting with attendees.
Help Attendees Complete Their Sponsor Passport Our Sponsor Passport is designed to encourage attendees to visit participating sponsor tables throughout the Vendor Showcase. •
Your sponsor packet will include materials you need to participate.

When an attendee visits your table, follow the instructions provided with your Sponsor Passport materials.
•
Completed Sponsor Passports will be returned to the Mainstreet Table for the Oktoberfest prize drawing.
Doing Your Own Raffle? Want to hold your own drawing? You’re welcome to! Sponsors are encouraged — but not required — to offer a raffle prize at their table. If you conduct your own drawing, your company is responsible for collecting entries, selecting the winner, contacting the winner and delivering the prize. Your individual drawing is separate from Mainstreet Sponsor Passport prize drawing.
