The Western Hockey League released the preseason and regular season schedules for the 2023-24 campaign with the Warriors taking to the ice at the Moose Jaw Events Centre for their home opener on Saturday, Sept. 23 when they host the Brandon Wheat Kings. October will be the second-busiest month for the Warriors this season as they play 11 games, six at home, including a four-game home stand -- their longest of the season -- from Oct. 10 through Oct. 17. The Warriors play nine games in November, 10 in December, 10 in January and 12 in February before wrapping things up with 10 games in March. Moose Jaw’s major road trip will see the team play eight games in 14 days, beginning in Swift Current on Monday, Feb. 19.
