After such a wet and rainy winter, it’s lovely to be looking ahead to the longer days and spending more time outside. The school holidays are just around the corner (sneaking up on us early this year!), and we have a multitude of days out, events and activities for you to choose from in our Hop into Spring feature. You can use this guide to help plan some family time, and there are lots of Easter treats in there too!

Simple ways to sneak more fruit & veg into meals
Getting kids to enjoy fruit and vegetables can be a challenge, especially when they’re unsure about new flavours. Support their growing bodies with these easy ideas:
Blend veg into meals they already love, like mushrooms in bolognese or roasted veg in pasta sauce.
Play with colour using spinach pancakes, blueberry smoothies or creamy beetroot pasta.
