Génie musical, Paco de Lucía a transcendé le Flamenco, en y introduisant le cajón, la basse et les percussions. Il explique : « J’ai gardé les racines de cette musique, pour ne pas me perdre moi-même. J’ai essayé d’avoir une main ancrée dans la tradition et l’autre toujours en train de creuser, de chercher de nouvelles inspirations. » Musical genius Paco de Lucía transformed the Flamenco guitar from a marginal instrument into a worldwide phenomenon. By introducing cajon drum, bass, and percussion, he laid the foundation for a new Flamenco. He explained: “I never lost the roots of my music, because I would have lost myself.
