Lifestyle e design, mentalità e forma, cultura e spazi si influenzano e si contaminano, in un circolo virtuoso che porta ad una continua e reciproca evoluzione.

L’umanità, con le sue abitudini, suoi bisogni, le sue scoperte e anche il suo spirito di adattamento continua a progredire.

E così il design di Frezza.

In ogni istante creiamo una relazione con lo spazio che ci circonda. Forme e colori, luci e ombre, pieni e vuoti. Odori, sensazioni, suoni. I nostri sensi reagiscono agli stimoli e generano emozioni per definire l’ambiente. Il costante progresso genera nuove opportunità, plasma le nostre abitudini. La nostra capacità di adattamento è quindi in continua trasformazione. Cambiano gli spazi, bisogni e gli elementi necessari per il benessere individuale. Siamo qui per favorire la continua evoluzione dell’essere umano e vogliamo contribuire attraverso ciò che meglio sappiamo fare: il design. Mettiamo al centro le emozioni generate dagli spazi progettando sistemi di arredo in grado di rispondere alle nuove necessità della vita contemporanea.

In every moment we create a relationship with the space around us. Shapes and colours, light and shadow, fullness and emptiness. Smells, sensations, sounds. Our senses react to stimuli and generate emotions to define the environment. Constant progress generates new opportunities, shapes our habits. Our ability to adapt is therefore constantly changing. Spaces, needs and elements necessary for individual well-being change. We are here to foster the continuous evolution of the human being and we want to contribute through what we do best: design. We put the emotions generated by spaces at the centre by designing furnishing systems capable of responding to the new needs of contemporary life.

Le style de vie et le design, la mentalité et la forme, la culture et l’espace s’influencent et se contaminent mutuellement, dans un cercle vertueux qui conduit à une évolution continue et mutuelle.

Nos sens réagissent aux stimuli et génèrent des émotions pour définir l’environnement. Le progrès constant génère de nouvelles opportunités, façonne nos habitudes. Notre capacité d’adaptation est donc en constante évolution. Les espaces, les besoins et les éléments nécessaires au bien-être des individus changent. Nous sommes ici pour favoriser l’évolution continue de l’être humain et nous voulons y contribuer par ce que nous faisons le mieux : le design. Nous mettons au centre les émotions générées par les espaces en concevant des systèmes d’ameublement capables de répondre aux nouveaux besoins de la vie contemporaine.

The Radar two-seater sofa by Claesson, Koivisto and Rune iconically completes the collection of the same name, expanding the range of products it has to offer. La collezione Metro 15 si declina in poltrona e divano da due o tre posti. Il divano, solido nella forma e rigido nelle linee, crea un interessante gioco di contrapposizione con la voluminosità e la morbidezza dei cuscini e sedili indipendenti che accoglie. La struttura in acciaio, dall’aspetto leggero e minimalista, dà quasi l’impressione di un elemento d’arredo sospeso a mezz’aria.

The Metro 15 collection is declined in an armchair and a two- or three-seater sofa.

The sofa, solid in form and rigid in line, creates an interesting play of contrast with the voluminosity and softness of the cushions and freestanding seats it accommodates.

Panche, divani e pannelli privacy: la combinazione di questi tre semplici elementi dona vita ad un sistema d’arredo semplice ma estremamente personalizzabile. Gli elementi che compongono Stand By Light possono essere usati singolarmente o abbinati l’uno all’altro, creando aree di relax, dove poter socializzare in gruppo o riposare in solitudine. I pannelli modulari forniscono comode nicchie isolate per una totale privacy. La possibilità di integrare delle prese USB alle sedute rende la collezione Stand By Light ancora più completa e smart.

Karl is the perfect fusion of iconic design and product versatility. The collection is characterised by the curved shape of the wooden seat, an element specifically designed to evoke and pay homage to the large raised collars of designer Karl Lagerfield. The strength of this product lies in its simplicity and minimalism. Seat and backrest are available either in the warm and cosy tones of oak wood or upholstered and covered. The different bases give the collection functionality and adaptability to various types of locations and contexts.

Karl est la fusion parfaite du design iconique et de la polyvalence des produits. La collection se caractérise par la forme incurvée de l’assise en bois, un élément spécialement conçu pour évoquer et rendre hommage aux grands cols relevés du designer Karl Lagerfield. La force de ce produit réside dans sa simplicité et son minimalisme. L’assise et le dossier sont disponibles soit dans les tons chauds et chaleureux du bois de chêne, soit tapissés et recouverts. Les différents piètements confèrent à la collection une fonctionnalité et une adaptabilité à différents types de lieux et de contextes.

His strong fascination with creativity roots back to his early childhood years, growing up with his father Mario Bellini who is a pioneer of contemporary design. David Ramos e Jordi Bassols, entrambi designer industriali, hanno avviato la propria attività nel 2004, dopo diversi anni di esperienza in molteplici campi come l’arredo urbano, complementi per la tavola, l’illuminazione e mobili da ufficio. Con sede a Barcellona, lo studio Ramos Bassols offre una visione personale del design contemporaneo, sempre alla ricerca dell’equilibrio tra forma, funzione ed estetica. prodotti che ne risultano sono caratterizzati da linee pulite, accoglienti ed attraenti.

Ramos Bassols are David Ramos and Jordi Bassols, both industrial designers. The studio started in 2004, after several years of experience in different fields such as urban furniture, tableware, lighting and office furniture. Based in Barcelona, Ramos Bassols offers a personal view on contemporary design, always searching for the balance between form, function and aesthetics. Claesson Koivisto Rune è uno studio associato svedese di architetti fondato a Stoccolma nel 1995 da Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto e Ola Rune. Nato come studio di architettura è divenuto nel tempo una realtà internazionale sempre più multidisciplinare che si occupa con la stessa dedizione di architettura e design. Claesson Koivisto Rune is a Swedish architectural partnership, founded in Stockholm, in 1995, by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. Luca Nichetto nasce a Venezia nel 1976, dove studia all’Istituto d’Arte e dove, successivamente, consegue la Laurea in Disegno Industriale presso lo IUAV, Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia. Nel 1999 comincia l’attività professionale disegnando suoi primi prodotti in vetro di Murano per Salviati. Nello stesso anno prende il via il sodalizio con Foscarini per la quale, oltre a firmare alcuni progetti, assume il ruolo di consulente per la ricerca di nuovi materiali e sviluppo prodotto (2001-2003). Nel 2006 fonda a Porto Marghera, vicino a Venezia, lo studio Nichetto&Partners, che si occupa di Industrial Design e Design Consultant e nel 2011 decide di avviare una nuova attività professionale a Stoccolma, in Svezia.

Luca Nichetto nel corso della sua carriera ha ricevuto importanti riconoscimenti a livello internazionale, tra cui il Gran Design Award 2008, il Good Design Award del Chicago Atheneum Museum of Architecture 2008, l’IF Product Design Award 2008 e l’Elle Decoration International Design Awards 2009 (EDIDA) come Designer dell’Anno nella categoria Young Designer Talent. Ha tenuto numerose lecture e workshop in diverse università sia in Italia che all’estero ed è stato docente presso lo Iuav di Venezia, Facoltà di Design e Arti.

Oltre ad aver partecipato a mostre in Europa, Stati Uniti e Giappone, Luca Nichetto è stato protagonista di importanti retrospettive che hanno toccato alcune delle maggiori città europee tra cui Venezia, Londra, Parigi e Stoccolma e ha firmato, in qualità di art director, molteplici eventi di respiro internazionale. E’ stato inoltre invitato a prendere parte a prestigiose giurie in occasione di concorsi sia in Italia che all’estero.

Luca Nichetto was born in 1976 in Venice, where he studied at the Art Institute. Afterwards he attended the University Institute of Architecture of Venice (IUAV), where he earned a degree in Industrial Design. He began his professional career in 1999 by designing his first projects in Murano glass for Salviati. That same year he began his collaboration with Foscarini, for whom he not only designed products, but also worked as a consultant on new materials research and product development (2001–2003). In 2006 he launched his own design firm, Nichetto&Partners, which specializes in industrial design and offers its services as a design consultancy. In 2011 he also opened another professional office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Over the course of his career, Nichetto has been awarded a number of international prizes, including the Gran Design Award (2008), the Chicago Atheneum Museum of Architecture’s Good Design Award (2008), the IF Product Design Award (2008) and the Elle Decoration International Design Awards’ (EDIDA) Designer of the Year award in the Young Designer Talent category (2009).

He has lectured and led workshops at various universities, including serving as a professor of design at the Università Iuav di Venezia.

Apart from participating in various design exhibitions in Europe, the U.S and Japan, Nichetto has also been the subject of important retrospective shows mounted in prominent European cities, including Venice, London, Paris and Stockholm, and he has served as art director for a number of international design events. In addition, he has been invited to sit on prestigious juries for a variety of design competitions held both in Italy and abroad.

Luca Nichetto est né à Venise en 1976, où il a étudié à l’Institut d’art et où, par la suite, il a obtenu un diplôme en design industriel à l’IUAV, l’Institut universitaire d’architecture de Venise. En 1999, il a commencé son activité professionnelle en concevant ses premiers produits en verre de Murano pour Salviati. Luca Nichetto a reçu d’importants prix internationaux au cours de sa carrière, notamment le Gran Design Award 2008, le Good Design Award du Chicago Atheneum Museum of Architecture 2008, le IF Product Design Award 2008 et le Elle Decoration International Design Awards 2009 (EDIDA) en tant que designer de l’année dans la catégorie des jeunes talents.

Il a tenu de nombreuses conférences et ateliers dans diverses universités en Italie et à l’étranger et a enseigné à l’Iuav de Venise, à la faculté de design et des arts.

Giorgio Topan nasce a Padova nel 1958 e si laurea in Architettura nel 1982 allo IUAV di Venezia. Dopo aver lavorato alla Zanussi/Electrolux di Porcia (PN) dal 1986 al 89, fonda nel 1991 lo Studio Associato con Gianantonio Perin, collaborando attivamente con numerose aziende del settore dell’office furniture, nazionali ed internazionali, ricevendo numerosi riconoscimenti. Nel lavoro di progettazione sono attenti alla produzione seriale conciliando valenze estetiche e aspetti funzionali. Hanno disegnato per Frezza le linee direzionali DIGIT, FORMA e ONO, la reception VOGUE e la collezione direzionale SPIKE. Nel 2015 prosegue l’attività con lo “Studio A, Topan & Partners”, occupandosi di product design nel settore dell’ufficio e della casa, di illuminazione e di graphic design.

Giorgio Topan was born in Padova in 1958 and graduated in Architecture in 1982 from the IUAV University in Venice. After working for Zanussi/Electrolux in Porcia (PN) from 1986 to 1989, in 1991 he founded “Studio Associato” together with Gianantonio Perin, collaborating actively with many office furniture firms, both national and international, and receiving numerous prizes. Whilst designing, Perin and Topan pay attention to uniting mass production with aesthetic values and functional aspects. They have designed for Frezza the DIGIT, FORMA, ONO and SPIKE executive lines and the VOGUE reception. In 2015 Topan continues his activities with “Studio A, Topan & Partners”, specializing in office and home product design, graphic design and lighting.

Curiosità, rigore e passione per la ricerca caratterizzano da oltre 40 anni il lavoro dello Studio di disegno industriale e architettura d’interni fondato nel 1973 a Padova da Paolo Favaretto. Lo Studio, sin dagli anni ’80, è stato fra i primi in Italia ad attivare rapporti di lavoro all’estero, collaborando con prestigiose aziende in Nord America, Europa ed Asia. Nel 2009, con l’ingresso del giovane Francesco Favaretto, l’attività dello studio si è ulteriormente estesa ed oggi abbraccia vari ambiti della progettazione, dal disegno industriale alla comunicazione, dalla materia tangibile al digitale. Paolo Favaretto è nato a Padova nel 1950 e si è laureato in Architettura all’Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia, IUAV, dove ha frequentato le lezioni del professor Carlo Scarpa. Dopo la laurea ha subito intrapreso la libera professione e nel 1973 ha fondato lo studio che porta il suo nome. Attivo come designer e consulente per l’industria, ha collaborato con prestigiose aziende italiane ed estere, ottenendo importanti premi e riconoscimenti. È past president della Delegazione Veneto e Trentino Alto Adige dell’ADI-Associazione per il Disegno Industriale, è stato fondatore e presidente dell’IIDD-Istituto Italiano Design Disabilità (ora DFA-Design for All) e membro del direttivo DFA EUROPA e attualmente rappresenta l’ADI al BEDABureau of European Design Associations. Ha fatto inoltre parte del comitato scientifico del progetto europeo IDIA-Inclusive Design and Intelligent Technology for Accessible Workplaces.

Curiosity, tenacity and passion for research have characterized our work for more than 40 years at our Design Studio of industrial design and interior architecture founded in 1973 in Padua by Paolo Favaretto. Back in the 1980s, the Studio was one of the first in Italy to engage in business relationships abroad, collaborating with prestigious companies in North America, Europe and Asia. In 2009, with the entry of the young Francesco Favaretto, the activities of the Studio have extended even further and now cover various areas of design, from industrial design to communication, and from tangible to digital matter. Paolo Favaretto was born in Padua in 1950 and graduated in Architecture at the Higher Institute of Architecture in Venice, IUAV, where he attended lectures conducted by Professor Carlo Scarpa. After graduation he immediately launched his freelance profession and in 1973 he founded the design studio that bears his name. An active designer and consultant for the industry, he has collaborated with prestigious Italian and foreign companies, obtaining a wide variety of important prizes and awards. He is a past president of the Delegation of Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige of the ADI-Association for Industrial Design, and was also founder and president of IIDD-Italian Design Disability Institute (now DFA-Design for All) and an executive member of the DFA and currently represents EUROPE ADI at BEDA-Bureau of European Design Associations. He was also part of the scientific committee of the European project IDIA-Inclusive Design and Intelligent Technology for Accessible Workplaces. He holds conferences and lectures at international design universities and institutes, including undergraduate courses in Industrial Design at the Politecnico of Milan and the IUAV of Venice, the Italian Design School of Padova, National College of Art and Design in Dublin, the University Centre of Business Administration (CUOA) in Vicenza. Many of his works have been published in design books and the most important specialized magazines. Lo studio, fondato recentemente, è formato da Massimo Trevisan e Riccardo Brasolin. Laureato nel 1972 allo IUAV, Trevisan si è occupato sopratutto di edilizia residenziale e restauro.

Laureato nel 2015 allo IUAV, con una tesi in progettazione acustica- architettonica, Brasolin apporta allo studio le competenze acquisite nel corso degli studi e di vari workshop. Il progetto cui hanno dato vita due architetti vede coniugarsi l’esperienza della storia del design con la ricerca nell’applicazione di nuovi materiali e nuove tecnologie.

The freshly established studio is composed by Massimo Trevisan and Riccardo Brasolin. Massimo Trevisan, graduated at IUAV in Venice in 1972, has been focusing his work mostly on residential architecture and restoration. Riccardo Brasolin, graduated at IUAV as well in 2015 with a graduation thesis in architectural acoustic design, adds to the studio his proficiencies gained during university and workshops. The project started by the two architects combines the experience of design history with the research in the application of new materials and new technologies.

Le studio, récemment fondé, est formé par Massimo Trevisan et Riccardo Brasolin. Diplômé de l’IUAV en 1972, Trévise a travaillé principalement dans la construction et la restauration de logements. Diplômé en 2015 de l’IUAV, avec une thèse en design acoustique-architectural, Brasolin apporte à l’entreprise les compétences acquises au cours des études et des différents ateliers. Le projet auquel les deux architectes ont donné vie voit l’expérience de l’histoire du design combinée à la recherche dans l’application de nouveaux matériaux et de nouvelles technologies.
