Pupil V is thriving at Monkton; he is focused on achieving the best grades he can, and demonstrates a mature attitude towards his learning. He has loved playing rugby and enjoyed the camaraderie of his teammates. He is a key member of the boarding house and has made an effort this year to help the younger students adapt to life in senior school. Pupil A has brought a really positive approach to school life. I love her enthusiasm and also her “have a go” attitude, which is infectious. She may not be aware of it, but I think her love of sport and enjoyment of it has drawn a lot more girls into also appreciating it, and that has been great to see.
