The fox has followed Yann Couvreur since childhood, when he would often encounter one near his home at the edge of the forest. Free-spirited, clever, playful and discreet—yet full of character—the animal became a reflection of Yann himself and ultimately the emblem of his Maison. I represents his personality and distinctive creative universe.
This Bûche de Noël transforms that personal story into a poetic winter scene. Delicate pawprints trail across a snow-covered landscape, leading towards a hidden den where Yann’s iconic curled-up fox, the Renard lové, quietly rests. A subtle and playful creation that invites guests to follow the fox home for Christmas.

Ritz Paris Le Comptoir celebrates the timeless shapes of French pâtisserie, from madeleines and tarts to its signature brioche and iconic Ritz au Lait. Inspired by this heritage, the concept transforms a traditional sharing brioche into an elegant Bûche de Noël. This is truly a festive centrepiece designed to bring family and friends together.
A sequence of softly connected brioche forms creates the elongated silhouette of a classic Christmas log. Presented on a refined chocolate base reminiscent of a luxury gift box, the creation becomes both a tribute to French craftsmanship and a precious gift to share during the holidays.

Inspired by Four Seasons’ promise of a home away from home, this cake concept celebrates the warmth of returning home for the holidays. It reimagines the cherished tradition of gathering with family, exchanging gifts and playing games together.
Playful reinterpretations of the Four Seasons identity bring the story to life. A miniature hotel, branded playing cards, a room key and gift-inspired elements transform the cake into a refined festive game, where every detail evokes the comfort, connection and magic of Christmas at Four Seasons.

Inspired by the poinsettia and its vibrant red leaves that bloom in winter, this Bûche de Noël brings a striking touch of colour to the white festive season. A snow-covered base, intricately sculpted with three-dimensional floral details, forms a delicate winter landscape crowned by three vivid red poinsettias.
To recreate the flower with botanical precision, we developed custom petal cutters and 3D relief pressers alongside the silicone mold. Beneath its snowy velvet finish, the creation reveals layers of cocoa sponge, milk chocolate and tonka bean crémeux, hazelnut praline and crisp chocolate feuilletine, all enveloped in white chocolate mousse.
