Polaroid Amenity Collection
Four Seasons
Maldives For Four Seasons Maldives, MoldBrothers collaborated with the pastry team to transform one of the resort's most cherished guest traditions into a memorable amenity experience. Throughout their stay, guests receive Polaroid photographs capturing iconic moments, from unforgettable excursions to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The goal was to celebrate these personal memories through a bespoke pastry concept.
Inspired by this unique tradition, MoldBrothers developed a collection centred around the iconic Polaroid camera. The first element is a detailed pastry mold that recreates the camera itself, serving as an elegant and playful amenity. To complement this, six bespoke Polaroidinspired frames were created, each representing a different signature experience offered by the resort.

Upon returning to the hotel, guests receive their printed Polaroid photograph presented within one of these handcrafted frames, creating a beautiful connection between the edible creation and the memory it represents. The result is far more than a pastry amenity—it is a personalised keepsake that celebrates unforgettable experiences and reinforces the exceptional hospitality for which Four Seasons Maldives is renowned.

Mountain Landscape Chocolate Amenity
Badrutts Palace Hotel For Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz, in collaboration with Chef Stefan Gerber, MoldBrothers developed bespoke molds for unique chocolate amenities inspired by one of the hotel’s most breathtaking features: the surrounding mountain landscape.
The concept was to translate the panoramic view guests experience from the hotel into an elegant chocolate creation. By incorporating the iconic alpine scenery into the design of the chocolate boxes, the amenity became much more than a refined sweet gesture. It became a tangible memory of the destination, allowing guests to take home a piece of the Badrutt’s Palace experience.

Ritz Carlton Reserve Dorado At Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, every detail is rooted in the story of its surroundings. One of its most remarkable chapters belongs to pioneering aviator Clara Livingston.
The Livingston family acquired the estate in 1905, with Clara later making it her home. A true pioneer, she became the 200th licensed female pilot in the world, built a private airstrip on the property and explored the Caribbean skies in her Rearwin biplane. Her passion for aviation also connected Dorado Beach to Amelia Earhart, a close friend who stayed with Clara at Su Casa during her final journey around the world.
Years later, that same passion created a connection with Laurance S. Rockefeller, who would transform the estate into the iconic Dorado Beach resort.

Together with Chef Sagar, we translated this piece of history into something tangible: a custom mold inspired by Clara’s Rearwin Ken-Royce biplane, created for an exclusive in-room amenity.
From aircraft to edible object. From history to experience.
The result is more than a miniature plane. It’s a piece of Dorado Beach’s story, connecting today’s guests to the people, place and pioneering spirit that shaped the estate.
