Letter from the President Throughout our history as a Catholic Marianist school, Archbishop Moeller High School has evolved to meet new challenges and opportunities. Over the past year, we engaged in a strategic planning process focused on advancing innovation and strengthening our position as a leader in forming young men. This plan builds upon the strong foundation established through previous efforts, including our 2017 Strategic Plan, which helped position Moeller for continued growth and success across academics, campus life, and community engagement.
Today, we take the next step forward: adapting to a changing world, expanding the impact of REALearning, and staying true to who we are. Developed through the collaboration of our board, faculty and staff, alumni, parents, and community partners, this plan reflects a shared vision for the future. The following priorities will guide our work over the next five years: •Integrate faith formation into every aspect of student life
•Advance authentic learning that builds lifelong skills
•Empower and grow faculty expertise across all disciplines
•Elevate and communicate the strength of our academic programs
•Establish a strong and sustainable endowment
•Strengthen alumni connections through a robust and reliable database
•Build a comprehensive five-year Campus Master Plan
•Expand experiential learning through innovative instruction
•Attract, develop, and retain exceptional faculty and staff
•Recruit, develop, and mentor exceptional coaches
I am grateful to all who contributed their time, insight, and commitment to this process. As we move into the implementation phase, we look forward to sharing progress and celebrating milestones with you along the way. Thank you for your continued support of Archbishop Moeller High School. Sincerely,
Mr. Jason Niehaus ’93 2026-2030 Strategic Growth Plan // 3

What began with students from 15 parishes has grown into a lifelong brotherhood grounded in the Marianist tradition. Today, generations of Men of Moeller carry forward a legacy shaped by meaningful relationships, purposeful experiences, and learning that prepares them to lead and serve.

Strategic Planning Process In 2025–2026, Archbishop Moeller High School launched a collaborative strategic planning process to define a bold vision for the next five years and beyond. In partnership with the Institute for School and Parish Development, Moeller engaged board members, leadership teams, and stakeholders across the community to identify priorities rooted in faith, innovation, REALearning (relational, experiential, authentic), and long-term growth.
BE PART OF WHAT COMES NEXT This vision will become reality through the continued commitment of the Moeller community. We invite alumni, parents, grandparents, friends, faculty, and supporters to share their talents, leadership, expertise, and resources as we build the future of Moeller together.

1 Integrate Faith Formation into Every Aspect of Student Life We will deepen faith formation, so it is fully woven into every aspect of the student experience. By empowering student leaders, strengthening partnerships beyond our campus, and creating meaningful opportunities for service, we will ensure faith is lived out daily. This approach will foster a culture where students actively share and grow in their faith, inspiring one another through the spirit of brotherhood while making a positive impact within our community and beyond.
FORMING YOUNG MEN OF FAITH IN ACTION.
STRENGTHENING EXCELLENCE THROUGH SHARED EXPERTISE.
Empower and Grow Faculty Expertise Across All Disciplines

To ensure Archbishop Moeller High School continues to deliver a transformative REALearning (relational, experiential, authentic) experience, we will invest in the growth, development, and expertise of our faculty and staff. By empowering educators to innovate, collaborate, and share their talents, we will strengthen teaching and learning across every discipline. Our faculty are among Moeller’s greatest assets. By creating intentional opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and crossdisciplinary collaboration, we will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement that benefits both educators and students.

By partnering with planning professionals and key stakeholders, we will develop a comprehensive five-year Campus Master Plan that provides a strategic vision for the future. This plan will guide our educational philosophy of REALearning (relational, experiential, authentic), enhancing academics, athletics, the arts, faith formation, student life, and campus safety while maximizing current spaces and strengthening the Moeller experience.

8 Strengthen Alumni Connections Through a Robust and Reliable Database The strength of the Moeller brotherhood extends far beyond graduation. To support lifelong engagement, we will build a strong, reliable alumni database and improve outreach across all generations. By enhancing data accuracy and communication, we will strengthen connections and further unite the Moeller brotherhood. Through personal relationships, mentorship opportunities, and career connections, alumni will play an active role in supporting students and helping the next generation of Men of Moeller, while strengthening the broader Moeller community.
