Strength & Conditioning Camp - Spring 2026
The Moeller Strength & Conditioning Camp welcomes all incoming Moeller Freshmen! This camp, consisting of two 4-week sessions, is designed to fully prepare each participant to meet the demands of the weightroom, field, course, court, track or pool. The camp will ensure that each participant fully understands the fundamentals, techniques and form used for proper progress and safety. It’s also a great way to get a head start on meeting your future Moeller brothers!
Each session is offered to two different groups – one for any incoming freshman and one for those interested in playing Moeller Football. Please keep in mind that we strongly recommend that students planning to play Moeller Football register as part of Group #2.
Each session costs $200.
Participants must adhere to their assigned group dates. Due to capacity restrictions in the weightroom, we can’t allow make-ups in the other group’s session.
Camp takes place in Moeller’s weightroom located behind the main school building in the O’Connor Center. Camp is led by Chris Gray and Brendon Esson, Moeller’s Strength and Conditioning coaches. Other certified coaches may join to ensure quality student-to-staff ratios.

Introduction to weightlifting & designed to focus primarily on building quality movement patterns across both bilateral & unilateral lifts.

Session #2: Summer Prep
Teaches major core lifts as well as an introduction to the Moeller culture to student-athletes as they transition into Moeller summer activity.
