Department of Counselor Education 2021 – 2022 Vital Statistics and Program Outcomes Report Overview:

The Counselor Education Department at Missouri Baptist University offers two CACREP-Accredited counseling degrees: A Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA-CMHC; 60 credit hours), and a Master of Arts in School Counseling (MA-SC, Traditional [51 credit hours] or Licensure track [60 credit hours]). Courses are offered across three delivery formats: Main Campus, Digital Synchronous (Livestream), and Digital Asynchronous (Online). Students may fluctuate between delivery methods throughout the program. Students seeking licensure may not complete courses asynchronously. Field-experience courses must be completed synchronously via Livestream or on Main Campus.

Full-time-equivalent (FTE) student enrollment is calculated by dividing the number of credits completed by students in each delivery method and dividing by a full-time credit load of 9 credit hours. Faculty FTE is calculated using contracted graduate teaching load of 9 credits fall/spring and 3 credits summer.
