BHANU KUMAR
S. Bhanu Kumar is a seasoned technology professional with over three decades of global experience across IT services, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure. As the Founder of ARRA Associates, he has played a pivotal role in developing and scaling technology practices from the ground up, notably in areas such as Automatic Identification & Data Capture (AIDC), AI/ML, and Generative AI. His leadership has driven large-scale service delivery, P&L management, and multimillion-dollar revenue growth, especially within cloud-based solutions and managed services. Bhanu is also deeply involved in process and quality frameworks, having led organizations to achieve certifications like CMMi Level 5, ISO 27001, and HiTrust. As a passionate mentor and educator, he contributes actively to platforms like upGrad, Linc Education, and StartUpTN, and serves as visiting faculty at multiple institutions. He is recognized for his contributions to training in analytics, business storytelling, and ESG practices. Beyond his technical and strategic acumen, Bhanu is a dedicated social contributor, mentoring underprivileged students and mid-career professionals, and volunteering as a career coach. With hands-on expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView, he empowers organizations and individuals alike to make data-driven decisions with clarity and confidence.
